Casual Match Day Cash Office Staff

About the role

Here at Liverpool FC, we are looking for individuals to join our match day team as Casual Cash Office Staff. You'll be responsible for auditing opening and closing stock counts for our hospitality lounges and retail kiosks during match days and concerts, ensuring accuracy for smooth operations between events.


What will you be doing?

  • Use the RTS stock system (training provided).
  • Identify and report stock count variances at hospitality lounges and retail kiosks.
  • Supervise staff recounts and verify accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to senior team members.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve accurate results.
  • Supervise on-the-job stock count training and assist with team development by explaining counting techniques, stock organisation, and updating records.
  • Attend mandatory and other required training, including online modules.
  • Conduct end-of-shift debriefs with senior team members and address any issues for the next event.
  • Follow all Health and Safety standards, company rules, and policies.


Who are we looking for?

  • You will have experience with Horizon (till system) and RTS stock control (RTS). 
  • Be able to build strong relationships with Senior Team Members.
  • Can lead accurate stock counts with excellent organisational skills and initiative. 
  • Have a commitment to setting high standards and achieving accurate opening and closing counts is essential.
  • Can lead by example, developing a diverse team and fostering a commercial mindset.

This is a hands-on role requiring stamina, the ability to work under pressure, and strong decision-making skills, including triple counting stock.


This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
