Liverpool Football Club is thrilled to offer exciting opportunities to join our Casual Hospitality Team on match days and events.

As a Casual Hospitality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our hospitality lounges around the iconic Anfield Stadium, taking orders, serving food, cleaning up, and resetting tables.


Who are we looking for?

No experience? No problem.

We are looking for friendly, approachable, and committed individuals to deliver an outstanding service who can work well within a team.

If you are new to the hospitality industry but eager to learn, we have hospitality support roles available. Whether it’s assisting our bartenders in order taking, serving drinks to customers, or providing general support, we have positions available.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Provide a warm and inviting experience to all guests.
  • Maintain high standards of dining while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Clear and reset tables before and after meals.
  • Take food and drink orders as applicable, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
  • Handle requests and queries with professionalism.
  • Complete any extra tasks as requested by a Supervisor or Room Manager.
