Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have opportunities to join our Retail Catering team as Casual Food Service Assistants. 

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll play a crucial role in serving over 45,000 guests on match days and special event in our stadium concourse kiosks.

 

Who are we looking for?

No experience? No problem.

We are looking for friendly, approachable, and committed individuals to deliver an outstanding service and can work well within a team. Comfortable working in a fast-faced environment with different types of food and beverages.

If you are new to the catering industry but eager to learn, we have roles available. Whether it’s prepping food and drinks, order taking on the tills, serving drinks to customers, or providing general support, we have positions available.

 

What will you be doing? 

  • Serve food and beverage items to guests from our stadium concourse kiosks.
  • Work on average 6-hour long shifts on a casual basis.
  • Maintain a high-paced service experience 2 hours before and throughout the football match or event.
  • Provide excellent customer service with full product knowledge of the menu.
  • Ensure your working area is clean, neat, and tidy throughout each shift.
  • Follow instructions from senior team members for proper stock management, rotation, and replenishment.
