About the role
We are looking for experienced Kitchen Assistants to join our casual catering team at Anfield Stadium. You’ll work in our state-of-the-art kitchens alongside our talented and creative chefs, supporting the delivery of first-class food and service on match days and events.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting with basic food preparation.
- Unloading and storing deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness by emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly.
- Deep cleaning fridges, storage areas, and other kitchen spaces to maintain hygiene standards.
- Operating automated dishwashers to clean crockery and utensils used by guests.
- Supporting with porter duties, ensuring all back-of-house areas are tidy and ready for the next event.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Please note you must be 18 or over to be considered for this position.
You’ll have:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Porter, or in a similar role.
- A good understanding of manual handling techniques and safe working practices.
- Experience using a range of kitchen equipment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and teamwork.
