Strategy Intern

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Strategy team on a two-month internship. The main purpose of this role is to support the Strategy team across a range of projects, focusing on the design and facilitation of a cross-functional project assessing new revenue opportunities for Liverpool FC.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the directors and VP with designing materials that will help facilitate the ideation of new revenue opportunities.
  • Be accountable for administering key projects, e.g., diary management, drafting pre-read emails.
  • For key meetings, take extensive notes and share a summary with the strategy team and key stakeholders.
  • Carry out desktop research and present findings to the strategy team for input into internal and external presentations.
  • Carry out research and collate findings via PowerPoint or Word.
  • Present research and findings to the strategy team and support the strategy team with preparation for club wide presentations.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate basic office skills and have knowledge of the MS Office suite including Word and Excel. You will have recently graduated preferably in a business or economics degree or are currently studying. Ideally you will have a passion for the business side of sport. You must be available to start immediately.

This is a full-time internship working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday for two months. This role offers hybrid working, you will be required to work at our Liverpool or London offices a few days a week depending on business needs.
