About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to kick start their career within recruitment and HR operations as a Staffing Coordinator.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuous supply and deployment of casual staff. Working alongside stakeholders for their staffing requirements, providing information such as fulfillment rates, attendance, training, staff shortages, etc.
This role will be based on a 5 out of 7 working week and the successful candidate will be required to work at all home fixtures taking place at Anfield Stadium (unless authorisation is obtained). Based out of Anfield Stadium, however own transport is required due to the requirement to travel to other business locations, and lack of public transport.
What will you be doing? (Duties are not limited to)
- Be responsible for communicating information relating to staff requirements to stakeholders such as staff fulfilment rates, attendance, training compliance or shortfall, etc.
- Be the point of contact between casual staff and stakeholders requiring staff.
- Ensure that casual workers arrive to work for events in all locations and ensuring planned staffing levels are met, and post event process payroll in line with the post event information provided.
- Collect completed match day time-sheets from all locations.
- Administer and provide variable workers for all match day and non-match day staffing requirements.
- To answer the telephone as required and deal with all calls in a professional manner.
- To assist with the communicating training sessions to casual workers, recording attendance, arranging payment and record keeping of attendance.
- To confirm staff onto systems as directed and ensure all areas are staffed to agreed levels, where necessary find alternative staff from agencies.
- To be on site at agreed time for match day check in operation, which will involve identity checks, issuing accreditation, and ensuring match day staff are directed to the correct location of work.
- Use of Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates who demonstrate previous staffing experience within a similar role. Who are ambitious, hard-working, and customer service driven. Have a keen eye for detail, is methodical and resilient, and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). Own transport is required due to hours of work, location, and limited access to public transport.

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week, 5 from 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Your main base will be our Anfield Stadium, however, there will be requirements to visit other sites within the business.
