Senior Executive, Campaigns
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as our Senior Executive, campaigns in the Commercial department.
The role will Lead marketing campaign plans for multiple product marketing areas, executing integrated marketing campaign activity multi-channel, multi-platform. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to meet marketing objectives and driving both revenues and audience engagement.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure all campaign activity has a defined set of marketing objectives and KPIs and seasonal campaign plans are developed.
- Managing the end-to-end marketing campaign process, working across internal functions including design, media, insight and marketing operations, from planning, execution, optimisation to evaluation of all activity to ensure all campaign activity is delivered on time and to budget.
- Manage the campaign development and implementation across channels including, social, web content, apps, online advertising, email, radio, SMS.
- Work with media/content, social, external paid media agencies and PR teams to maximise the opportunities and optimisations of all campaigns across all channels.
- Lead activity with external partners for the campaign team including attending meetings with partners and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all communications and campaign creative align to the LFC brand framework and overarching club brand theme, delivered to the most relevant audience at the right time, through the right channel.
- Lead on monthly planning meetings with senior product/budget owners to review past activity and plan for upcoming activity.
- Working with colleagues in Insight/Research to understand the performance of campaigns to ensure they meet marketing objectives and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Produce relevant design/agency briefs, where necessary and liaise with the customer insight analyst, design team, external agencies and print suppliers, ensuring brand consistency, best price and quality.
- Review campaign performance provided by the Insight Team with key stakeholders and product owner to shape and influence future campaign activity.
- Recommend marketing and media campaign budgets for budget owner sign off and then manage the implementation with accurate cost management.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and budget holders across the business to manage the marketing of product areas.
Who are we looking for?
As our candidate you will display the following skills, experience and knowledge:
- Proven track record within a digital marketing campaign role, agency or client side.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns across many marketing channels at any one time.
- Experience working with internal and external design and paid media agencies
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and paid media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience of product marketing and account management.
- Ability to generate new and creative campaign ideas.
- An understanding of Liverpool FC’s product offering.
- A high level of organisational skills and precise attention to detail needed.
- Ability to build clear and concise reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to give and accept direction.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
