We have two exciting opportunities for individuals with a methodical approach and strong sales background to join our Ticketing and Hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Club products across match day, seasonal, concert and major event hospitality, Liverpool FC commercial events and non-match day conferences, dinners, exhibitions and parties.

Interviews for successful applicants will take place on Friday 14th October, candidates should ensure that wherever possible, they are available to attend an interview on this date.

What will you be doing?

  • Selling multiple Club products and ensuring the Club maximises revenues at every opportunity.
  • Generating new leads and identify sales prospects and always ensure a solid pipeline.
  • Providing a prompt response to all incoming enquiries from multiple sources.
  • Providing administration support with contracts, systems and finance.
  • Undertaking regular sales / commercial research and competitor analysis.
  • Creating accurate sales proposals, tailored to client needs.
  • Supporting the sales manager with key commercially led projects.
  • Liaising with relevant internal departments once the sale has been made always ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful you will have a proven track record of sales negotiation and persuasive selling skills, gained through previous experience and knowledge of hospitality and events. You will have strong industry awareness and financial knowledge. Having natural persuasive selling skills, you can effectively influence colleagues or clients to achieve a successful outcome. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can positively interact with a variety of people. You will have strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch effectively to gain results.

You will have a good understanding of salesforce, delphi, docusign, and ticketing systems.

We work in a fast paced, dynamic environment so you will be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail.You will be adaptable with the ability to manage numerous changing priorities.

These are full-time roles offering either a permanent role or fixed term maternity cover role (up to 12 months), working 35 hours per week on a 5 from 7-days basis. Your main base will be our Head Office in Liverpool City Centre which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
