What will you be doing?

Leadership & People

  • Lead and develop the store team to deliver strong results.
  • Build a high performance, values driven culture.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Keep colleagues engaged through clear communication and recognition.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a world class experience for all fans and visitors.
  • Resolve escalated issues professionally.
  • Introduce initiatives that elevate service and engagement.
  • Champion Click & Collect and digital in store tools.

Commercial Performance

  • Own and drive KPIs across sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, payroll and stock.
  • Analyse trading results and act quickly on opportunities.
  • Prepare the store for peak periods and key launches.
  • Collaborate with central teams on promotions and campaigns.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain full compliance across all operational policies.
  • Oversee stock accuracy, replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Lead efficient scheduling and labour planning.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and cash processes.
  • Manage facilities to maintain a safe, premium environment.

Visual Merchandising

  • Deliver high visual standards aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Implement campaigns and product presentation updates on time.
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and brand led.

Safety & Risk

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers and colleagues.
  • Lead responses to incidents and emergencies.
  • Work with security teams and local authorities proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key contact for internal teams across the business.
  • Share insights on trade, customer behaviour, and local trends.
  • Provide local knowledge to support strategic decisions.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you’ll have proven experience leading a high‑football, commercially driven retail store, supported by strong leadership capability and a track record of managing and developing large teams. You will bring demonstrable commercial acumen with a history of delivering consistent KPI performance, alongside robust operational knowledge across stock management, retail systems, scheduling, and compliance. Excellent communication, organisation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

In addition, it would be advantageous if you have experience within a global brand, sports retail, lifestyle retail, or a flagship environment, as well as knowledge of high‑tourism or destination retail operations. An understanding of football culture and the Liverpool FC brand would also be a welcome.

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our new London Store.
