About the role

Product Operations Executive 

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as an Executive, Product Operations. This role assists the Manager, Product Operations in the essential work required day-to-day to deliver high quality Product & Proposition Products both domestically and internationally with a specific focus on reporting and admin.  

 

What will you be doing?

 

  1. Accountability for regular and accurate reporting of sales and registrations across all subscription channels. Reviewing sales trends and sales vs targets to feed into team meetings to allow Senior Manager to make informed decisions.

 

  1. Support the Supporter Services department with product complaints and escalations ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner and aid retention. Ensure FAQ’s and training materials are produced on a regular basis.

 

  1. Produce regular reporting on benefit usage across the different Club products. Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed of performance.

 

  1. Fulfilment of prizing and competitions ensuring supporters are kept informed and items dispatched in a timely manner.

 

  1. Management of postage and prizing cost lines ensuring they remain within budget.

 

  1. Supporting the creation of the E-magazine including liaising with suppliers, proof reading and uploading content to system.

 

  1. Ownership of the fulfilment platform, ensuring all tasks are complete including audits of data, quarantined packs and stock level management.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

To be successful in this role, you will display:

 

Essential Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the company’s operations, people and processes
  • A high level of understanding of the role of Rewards and Membership programmes in developing fan engagement.
  • A high level of professional sport/football industry knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Operational running of LFC Products across LFC departments

 

 

Essential Technical Skills

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages to high standards, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention-to-detail, organisational and planning skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to be a team player
  • Self- starter with confidence, initiative and drive to succeed
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to display strong collaboration with colleagues and external suppliers
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver quality work

This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity ending 9 Months from the agreed start date. 

 

Your main base will be our Chapel Street Office in Liverpool City centre. The successful individual will be required in the office 3 days a week
