Partner Manager (Partnerships Delivery)

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Partnerships Manager within our Partnerships delivery team based from our Chapel St office.

 

What will you be doing?

 

As a Manager in the Partnerships Delivery Team, you lead the day-to-day management of a Global Partner to ensure they meet their marketing and partnership objectives. In addition, you will build relationships with internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of the partner campaigns with the involvement of the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

 

The key responsibilities of the roles include.

 

  1. Maintain regular and appropriate interaction with Partner contacts to build excellent working relationships with Partners (will involve travel)
  2. Lead in the delivery 360˚ account management: planning, delivery, measurement, financial reporting and feedback with the appropriate regular reporting internally and externally
  3. Develop trust and confidence within the Partner organisations that you manage
  4. Be accountable for the delivery of reporting for your Partner, ensuring statistics are used to brief the Partner on LFC’s global scale and show results and delivery of Partner KPIs
  5. Identify key KPIs with each Partner and report on these appropriately with the production of case-studies for each campaign project undertaken by the Partner
  6. Implement creative marketing activation plans working in partnership with our campaign planning team
  7. Maintain up to date knowledge of Partner industries and their competitive market
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with other Club departments
  9. Provide support for the wider LFC Partnerships Department with renewal and new business discussions where requested by VP, Partnerships Delivery or Sales
  10. Manage additional projects assigned by the Senior Partnerships Managers including contribution to financial and budget tasks
  11. Be a positive contributor and collaborator within the Partnership Team to all internal and external stakeholders

 

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

To be successful in this role you will have a Degree in a business-related subject or significant and appropriate experience in a Partnership or Sponsorship role as well as experience of working within a sports marketing industry. You will display experience of managing multiple accounts at any one time along with Good knowledge of marketing campaigns and brand trends. The successful candidate will maintain a methodical approach with a strong focus on accuracy and quality and have Strong interpersonal skills. You must have the Ability to build and maintain multiple relationships with senior clients working under time pressures and project deadlines. You will demonstrate ability to provide clear and concise instructions to others and a track record of excellent customer service delivery skills with good industry awareness.

This is a full-time Fixed Term role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel Street office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
