Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Casual VIP Hospitality Teams.
We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Food and Beverage Staff to work in our VIP Hospitality Areas at Anfield Stadium on Match Days.
VIP Hospitality Staff: Reporting into the Room Supervisors and Managers, you will work as part of a VIP team directed by our Supervisors and Managers. Your role will be to ensure that all customers have the most enjoyable, memorable, and outstanding experience and service.
Main Responsibility
- Commitment to customer care with the ability to demonstrate it
- Taking food and drink orders to ensure prompt and accurate service
- Being responsible for cash handling, presenting, and collecting bills ensuring that payments are charged correctly
- Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training
- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way.
The Ideal Candidate
- Exceptionally well presented, friendly, and approachable
- Able to use your own initiative as well as working within a team
- Passionate about excellent service
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of hospitality restaurant operations
- Be able to show a high level of commitment to home games to ensure consistency in these key positions
- Previous hospitality experience in a high-end restaurant environment desirable
- Any taken hospitality qualifications are desirable
- To possess WSET Diploma or Court of Master Sommelier Advance Sommelier Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
Successful candidates within these roles will ideally have hospitality experience with food and bar order taking and having used hand-held ordering systems.
Please note in roles which require serving alcohol or safety positions, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over. Applicants who are under 18 may still be considered for other roles.
