About the role

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Casual Hospitality Teams.

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Bar Supervisor to work in our Hospitality Suites at Anfield Stadium on Match Days.

Match Day Hospitality Bar Supervisor: Reporting into our Room Manager, you will be supervising busy bars in a variety of different hospitality areas on a Match Day. Your role will be to ensure that the bar operates smoothly and efficiently throughout service, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Main Responsibility

  • To manage the bar service team within the hospitality areas
  • Direct, motivate, encourage, and inspire your team to deliver the highest results
  • To deliver a concise effective brief to all members of staff in your area as directed by the Room Manager
  • Co-ordinate the entire operation of the bar ensuring an efficient service of the highest standards
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to problem solve
  • Manage “On the Job” training, implementing it into your matchday team and assist with team training and development of your area including online training
  • Address all staffing and client issues as required
  • To adhere to all Health and Safety standards, Company Rules, regulations, and policies
  • Delegate necessary tasks to be completed and ensure they are done to the standards set.

Previous experience within a Hospitality/ Bar Role is required for this role.

Please note in roles which require serving alcohol or safety positions, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over. Applicants who are under 18 may still be considered for other roles.
