Kitchen Chefs (Casual)

About the role

Liverpool Football Club are looking for new team members to work in our state-of-the-art kitchens, working alongside our highly experienced and creative chefs, who are preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of high-quality menus for over approximately eight thousand covers on match days.

We are currently seeking individuals with a passion for cooking to join our team of chefs. We have multiple roles available for people with all levels of chef experience, from entry-level to experienced professionals.


Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all food items are prepared for service as per the specification and at the correct time.
  • Maintaining the standards set by the Executive Head Chef for food preparation and presentation.
  • Continuously adhere to food hygiene regulations and cleaning schedules.
  • Undergo training/retraining as required.
  • Ensuring that all foods are stored correctly in the dry stores and fridges as per hygiene regulations.
  • Ensuring that stock is rotated correctly.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for applicants who possess a basic Food Hygiene Qualification and have knowledge of COSHH, health, safety, and food hygiene policies. Applicants who are flexible and able to work weekends, and have good customer service skills with the ability to work within a team and a pressured environment.
