About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for two individuals to join our LFC Foundation team as an Insights and Impact Coordinator. As part of an established Insights and Impact Department, your role will be to collect, coordinate and analyse data that helps tell the story of LFC Foundations' impact both locally and internationally.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with the Insights and Impact Manager or Department Manager and the broader LFC Foundation team to support the continual development and implementation of I&I plans to showcase the impact of the LFC Foundation.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and colleagues from other areas inside and outside of the Foundation to establish reporting needs and deliver insightful and accurate information.
- Collect, compile and, if needed, cleanse data, both quantitative and qualitative, solving any problems that arise.
- Input / migrate data on to different systems where needed.
- Support the organisation by maintaining and developing dashboards and reports for analysis, to aid decision making whilst adhering to organisational policy/legislation.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
- Draw conclusions and recommend an appropriate response, offering guidance and/or interpretation to aid understanding of the data.
- Complete regular and ad hoc audits when required.
- Support staff training and skill development on digital processes, systems, analysis of data (both quantitative and qualitative) and report writing.
- Summarise and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders, making recommendations and implementing new practices
- Provide regular reports and analysis to different management or leadership teams, ensuring data is used and represented ethically in line with relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR) and organisational policies and procedures.
- Ensure data is appropriately stored and archived, in line with relevant legislation and organisation policies and procedures.
- Practice continuous self-learning to keep up to date with the latest research and technological developments to enhance relevant skills and take responsibility for own professional development.
- Support other Foundation programmes and activities as required
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you must have experience in data analysis roles or research environment. You will have experience using MS Excel and other MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint and have excellent data input accuracy. You’ll have experience in training and upskilling others and have strong team working and project management skills with experience coordinating multiple projects at once. You will be able to showcase an ability to communicate and build a rapport with a wide range of stakeholders including the local community.
You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of data collection techniques and analysis systems. You will have a sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative data and subsequent report writing including an understanding of codes of practice and GDPR data requirements. Knowledge and understanding of LFC Foundation and its parent company Liverpool Football Club, including an understanding of safeguarding is desired.

This is a full-time permanent contract, working 35 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. The role is based at Anfield Sports Community Centre, Liverpool however the post holder will also be required to work from other locations across the Liverpool City Region from time to time and be willing to travel.
