Inclusion Coordinator, LFC Foundation

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation team as a Inclusion Coordinator. In this role you will support the development of community sports inclusion programmes with a focus on coach management, programme growth and development and promoting inclusive delivery.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver the project in line with the project plan ensuring all KPI’s are met.
  • Deliver sessions, workshops, events and tournaments ensuring high quality output at all times.
  • Follow all LFC Foundation policies to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Coordinator will be required to work 28 hours delivery with 7 hours office time. An overall working time of 35 hours per week.
  • Coordinator will support the daily running of all Inclusion activity (delivery staffing, reports, case studies etc.)
  • Work closely with local and regional partner organisations (Inclusion Department Wide).
  • Support the development of opportunities for participants across the Inclusion Department.
  • To support participants who attend all Inclusion programme.
  • Deliver sessions and workshops along with tournaments and events.
  • Responsible for collection of all monitoring and evaluation data.  
  • Record data on LFC Foundation databases.
  • Provide timely reports and analysis of performance.
  • To support in the reporting of and working on/with teams in relation to Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
  • Create a marketing plan to successfully promote the programme in line with partner organisations.
  • Ensure case studies and PR opportunities are regularly undertaken in line with Club and Foundation guidelines.  
  • Provide content for LFC Foundation social media.  
  • To liaise with partner organisations to support coordination of their delivery as well as collect data. (SEN Schools/Organisations, teachers, PE Coordinator’s etc.)
  • Support all Foundation delivery and events as and when required.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in coaching, planning, and delivering football and sports sessions to inclusive groups. You must hold a recognised FA Level 2 in football coaching qualification. You will have experience working with young people and vulnerable adults and knowledge of project management. You will be comfortable organising tournaments / events and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract opportunity for a period of 12 months, working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be Anfield Sports Community Centre, Liverpool however the post holder will also be required to work from other locations across Merseyside from time to time and be willing to travel within England and Wales and occasionally some international work may be required.
