About the role

We are thrilled to be opening our 1st new concept destination store outside of the UK in Blanchardstown S.C. and are looking for a Full-Time Sales Advisor who is passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to join our LFC family and be a part of this exciting store opening. Our retail stores have done some amazing collaborations with LeBron, Nike and most recently with Converse, which included a new limited-edition capsule collection with a celebration of the diverse and creative nature of the club’s beating heart – it’s supporters.

What will you be doing?

This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
  • Till work including processing cash and card payments.
  • Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
  • Merchandising/display.
  • Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
  • Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have previous retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours. You will be available to work Monday to Sunday, to cover midweek and late nights shifts available.

Liverpool FC Retail has one of the most comprehensive product ranges in world football; we carry at least a thousand different products at one time, which rise during peak trading.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week, on a 5 from 7-day basis working, including evenings, weekends. Your main base will be our upcoming new Blanchardstown store with support of our ILAC store as required. We are expecting opening to be at the end of July 23.
