About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Customer Insight Manager

 

What will you be doing?

You will be integral to the football club’s marketing insight strategy. The Insight Manager has a responsibility for fan insight within the marketing team, focusing on the generation of fan insight and fan profiling across digital and behavioural data. You are a go-to expert at the club for customer insight and profiling, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

 

Who are we looking for? 

You will be..

  • Fully literate in SQL to query the marketing data warehouse
  • Able to deliver actionable customer insights to a business audience
  • A strong negotiator and influencer
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages, Excel in particular 

You will have…

  • A technical skill set with expert knowledge of building Power BI dashboards (or similar) and a strong understanding of digital analytics
  • Proven experience in running complex customer insight across a range of platforms such as data warehouses/ CRM environments
  • Degree educated with a relevant degree in maths/ business/ marketing/ statistical

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel Street office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
