About the role

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are currently recruiting for Casual Sales Assistants for our Stadium Tours and Experiences Centre.

At our Stadium Tours and Experiences Centre, we welcome visitors from across the globe to the historic and unique stadium of Anfield, where they can bask in the history of the past, and the history-makers of the present. 

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for creating a positive first and lasting impression with our visitors.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis. Please be aware that most shifts offered for this role may fall only to weekends and school holidays.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Meeting and greeting customers and managing long queues.
  • Checking visitors in on our tours using multiple booking systems and technology platforms.
  • Issuing tickets and processing cash and card payments.
  • Taking souvenir photographs, printing off, promoting, and selling the souvenir photographs.
  • Engaging with all visitors and distributing/ collecting audio guide devices.
  • Troubleshooting audio guide devices and effective stock management of the devices to ensure reception and tour is fully stocked prior to each tour.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for team players who can provide an exceptional level of customer and sales experience to all our visitors. You will work well under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. You will have the ability to demonstrate an excellent customer service and strong sales and cash handling skills. 

Previous experience within a fast-paced sales/ customer service environment is preferred but is not essential.
