This vacancy will be looking for applicants who are interested in our stores located within the Merseyside area, which includes our Anfield Store, Williamson Square Store, Liverpool One Store and Chester Store.

 We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.

What will you be doing?

  • Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
  • Till work including processing cash and card payments.
  • Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
  • Merchandising/display.
  • Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
  • Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team.

This is a casual agreement position, offering variable hours including evenings, weekends and matchdays on a flexible assignment basis.
