Casual Off Site Match Day Hospitality Host

About the role

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for hospitality Hosts to work on match days and events throughout the season. 

Based in our off-site hospitality restaurants, we are looking for confident professionals who are smartly presented and have an excellent attitude for customer service. 
 


What will you be doing?

You will be the first point of contact for our hospitality guests, meeting and greeting our match day customers, directing, and escorting guests to their tablets, checking tickets, ensuring the steady flow of customers to tables, and raising any issues during service to the management team.
 


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and customer service skills, who can interact with customers on a professional level. 
You must be available to start shift 7 hours prior to match day kick off due to the nature of this role. 
A strict dress code also applies for this role and all uniform will be provided for you.

Successful applicants may be offered match day Host work if the offsite venues are not in use.

You must be 18 years of age or older due nature of this position. Previous front of house experience is required.
