About the role

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our casual Safety Team for Match Days. We are a multi-award-winning club in respect of our stewarding operation: our stewarding team is among the best in the Premier League, and we look to maintain that reputation going forward.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Stewarding roles, such as: Crowd, Pitch Protection, Exit Gate Stewards, and Safety Stewards: all to work at our Anfield Stadium on match days.

  • In some stewarding positions, previous experience may be required.

According to the SGSA (Sports Grounds Safety Authority), Stewards must have a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (or previous equivalent) or be working towards it. This must be completed within 12 months, dated from the start of their first induction training.

Whist working on a casual agreement with Liverpool Football Club as a Steward, you will be required to work towards a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety which must be completed within 12 months and must engage on the training within their first season to continue to be offered work as a Steward with LFC.
