About the role
We’re recruiting for Casual Staffing Assistants to support our match day operation. You’ll assist with the operation of our staff check in areas for the catering and hospitality teams. Each match day our staff check-in areas will help to mobilise over 2000 staff members, making it an extremely fast paced environment.
What will you be doing?
Our roles vary and we have to be flexible to deal with the fast-paced environment, the types of tasks you can expect to support with include:
- Welcoming and directing the match day team into the stadium.
- Checking in match day colleagues on arrival and issuing accreditation and uniform
- Assisting our match day colleagues in safely storing personal possessions.
- Ensuring all match day colleagues meet our presentation and behaviour standards.
- Directing match day colleagues around the Stadium to ensure they are deployed in the correct area
- Help with the collection of uniform and the checking out of staff.
- Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours for match days across the 2024/2025 season, including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for applicants who can work within a high-pressured, fast paced environment. You must be professional and friendly and have excellent customer service skills. Strong communication interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to problem solve.
Previous experience in a customer service or similar staffing role would be advantageous.
