Casual Front of House Sales Assistants

About the role

We are looking for Casual Front of House Assistants to join our Stadium Tours & Experiences team.

Every year, Anfield welcomes visitors from across the world who come to experience the history, heritage and atmosphere of one of football's most iconic stadiums. As a Front of House Assistant, you'll play an important role in shaping that experience, providing a warm welcome and delivering outstanding service to every visitor who walks through our doors.

This is a casual role, offering flexible hours on an assignment basis, including evenings and weekends. Please note that most shifts are likely to be available during weekends and school holiday periods.


What will you be doing?

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Managing visitor arrivals and supporting busy queue management.
  • Checking guests in using a range of booking systems and technology platforms.
  • Issuing tickets and processing cash and card payments.
  • Taking, promoting and selling souvenir photographs.
  • Distributing, collecting and troubleshooting audio guide devices.
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring equipment is ready ahead of each tour.
  • Keeping reception and visitor areas clean, well-presented and fully stocked.
  • Supporting the safe movement of visitors and following all health and safety procedures.


Who are we looking for?

We're looking for enthusiastic and engaged team players who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll enjoy interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.

Previous customer service experience is essential. Experience handling cash and card payments, and working in a sales-driven environment, would be advantageous.


This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
