About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have opportunities to join our casual team here at Anfield Stadium. Working match days and events, we are looking for Casual Bar Team Members to provide a memorable experience to our guests.
No experience? No problem.
If you are new to the hospitality industry but eager to learn, we have bar support roles available. Whether it’s assisting our bartenders in order taking, serving drinks to customers, or providing general support, we have positions available.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing the bar areas for service.
- Assist in keeping the bar and front of house area clean and tidy.
- Preparing requested drinks orders made by other members of the team.
- Taking orders and serving drinks and occasionally food to customers.
- Ensure an exceptional standard of service to all customers.
- Deal with customer requests and queries efficiently.
- Stock control and rotation throughout service including stock transfers and waste.
- Operating tills and the use of hand-held ordering systems.
- Abide by and enforce all licensing laws including Challenge 25.
- Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training.

We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, within a fast-paced environment, whilst providing our customers with an excellent and prompt service.
Applicants must be over 18 due to handling and serving alcohol.
*For our bar staff positions, previous bar experience will be required. For bar support roles, no experience is required.
