About the role
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for Back of House Assistants to join our Casual Team.
You will have previous experience within a similar role and have experience in cellar management, such as maintaining stock levels and changing kegs.
What will you be doing?
- Cellar management such as maintaining stock levels, changing kegs, cleaning of cellars, production management using the ‘first in, first out’ method.
- Ensure that any requested equipment, furniture, or stock, is delivered to the right place at the right time, and to carry products from one area of the ground to the other.
- Accepting deliveries in the loading bay and delivering stock to the relevant locations.
- Make sure each back of house area is cleared of rubbish and left tidy at the end of each match.
- Ensure bars are restocked if requested and rubbish and bottles are cleared from bars during, or immediately after matches and events.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for applicants who have worked within a similar environment and have experience changing kegs, maintaining stock levels, and production management (first in, first out’ method).
This position can involve manual lifting and long hours on your feet.
